In my 35 years of being involved in real estate I have never seen a more complete analysis of a home & property by a Realtor. It was a stroke of good luck that a friend put me in touch with Darlene. I can’t begin to say enough about the time, effort & perseverance that Darlene invested in just getting to the point to be able to place the property on the market for sale. Never did we think that she would find a buyer in the short time that she did & overcomes some of the most difficult & incredible challenges a property could offer and then get it closed.
